Over 2 days, Touch for Health Level 1 introduces the basics of Kinesiology for both lay people and professionals.
You will learn muscle monitoring to assess the primary energy meridians and be able to perform the standard TFH goal balancing session using physical, emotional and energetic techniques to balance your mind, body and energy.
The theory of TFH and the meridian energy system are introduced and the western reflex techniques that are used to restore balance -Mentally, Emotionally and Physically.
