The WID Factor – Why I do What I Do

Transform your understanding of self and your world to live your best life.

Are you ruled by your Head, Heart or Gut?

All three play a role but one will dominate and influence the way you view the world.

The WID program will introduce you to your reacting self (automatic action) and your responding self (intentional action), and how to create balance between them.

This program is relevant for leaders, lovers, and learners and those who want to be their best self in the world.

Through an interactive workshop style series of six sessions, led by author of The WID Factor, Patrick Kayrooz, you will:

  • Discover the WID Factor process

  • Reinforce theory through practice to develop deeper self awareness;

  • Participate in exercises and use techniques to deepen the learning experience.

  • Discover the three step practice to freedom of choice.

  • Reflect upon and explore your peresonal path of purpose.

Patrick Kayrooz is a transformational educator. He is an acredited trainer speaker and motivator.  He has degrees in Philosophy and Theology, as well as a Masters Degree in Education.    Patrick’s experience in education both as a teacher and executive has been a driving force for him to encourage and develop a broad understanding of collaborative learningand leadership in the transforming how both staff and students understand the difference between core motivation and behaviour.
