  • Over 2 days, Touch for Health Level 1 introduces the basics of Kinesiology for both lay people and professionals.
  • You will learn muscle monitoring to assess the primary energy meridians and be able to perform techniques such as neuro-lymphatic and neuro-vascular points, spinal reflexes nutrition and Emotional Stress Release.
  • The theory of TFH and our meridians system are introduced and the western reflex techniques that are used restore balance to the mind and body
